This is George's Honda Accord Type R (facelift model). After owning many Volvo T5 models, it was decided that something with more handling finesse would fit the bill. This example is a 2002 model in Milano red.
The Accord Type R features a 212bhp screaming 4 cylinder engine which revs to 8000 rpm. To help put the power down out of bends this model has a stiffened chassis and comes with a limited slip differential (lsd) fitted as standard. Other features include Recaro seats and a leather stitched Momo steering wheel. 0-60 is achieved in around 7 seconds, leading on to a top speed of over 140 mph.
Recently George organised a track day at RAF Marham, here is a video from on board the Accord - watch out for the lift off oversteer near the beginning of the lap (at almost 100mph!)
